We Must Resist!’ Paris Jackson Mocks Trump, Slams Neo-Nazis During VMAs











Katy Perry delivered this year’s opening monologue, and she asked the audience about how people were coping with “all of the problems in the world.” Perry didn’t bring up Trump by name, but her intro included an allusion to the dystopian novel, The Handmaid’s Tale, and a newspaper with the headline: “The World is on Fire.”“We must show these Nazi white supremacist jerks in Charlottesville and all over the country that, as a nation with liberty as our slogan, we have zero tolerance for their violence, their hatred, and their discrimination! We must resist!”
